Quality of Care

-The scoring of patients sleep studies are performed by registered polysomnographic technologists certified in sleep.  Scoring of sleep studies are the first process in the interpretation of the patients sleep data.

-All sleep study interpretations are performed by our board certified sleep doctors.  Final interpretations are given to the patients referring doctors which allows for prescriptions of proper treatments.

-Patients are provided follow-up treatment including one-on-one meeting with our board certified sleep doctors. 

-On going monitoring.  If a remedy is prescribed, our staff monitors compliance at 30, 60 and 90 day intervals.  Any anomalies will be brought to the attention of the patients referring doctor and our board certified sleep doctor.

Customer Care

-We strive to handle all patients' individual needs.  Some of which include, mobility issues, language barrier, and comfort issues.  In our years of experience we have learned how to deal with the issues in the field of sleep diagnostic medicine. 

Our office staff handles all insurance referral and authorization letters.

This includes:

-Currency and coverage of insurance
-Patient financial obligations and insurance benefits
-Referrals where required

Timeliness

We strive to attain a 72 hour turnaround time for sleep studies. Timely results allow the referring doctor to expeditiously treat his/her patient.
